The TruVISION’s large 3.7” transflective LCD screen gives you the capability to see clearly what you are doing even while in bright sunlight.
For US market only.
The TruVISION™ laser speed measurement device delivers the advanced technology you need to document traffic safety violations. This state-of-the-art handheld laser speed gun gathers and stores the evidence for speeding, tailgating and distracted driving violations. It also provides a high-resolution image of the license plate number and a full-length video of the violation.
Use the TruVision as a handheld device and be mobile, or mount this unit on a tripod for hands-free operation. Intuitive and color-coded graphical icons make the device easy to use without advanced training. The removable SD card allows for secure transfer of all field data to the office. With 128-bit secure data encryption, you’ll have a complete chain of evidence that is tamper-proof if ever challenged in court.
Use the tPrint app to expand your options for wireless printing from Laser Technology’s video enforcement instruments. tPrint works with your laser to display and print images and speed data with Android-compatible Wi-Fi or Bluetooth printers. Or, send images of infractions down the road to an interceptor’s device.
Our patented DBC (Distance Between Cars) technology measures the time and distance between vehicles giving you the capability to prove following too closely / tailgating violations. (optional)
The multiple operational modes available on the TruVISION gives you the ultimate versatility to adjust and adapt as needed depending on the circumstance:
- Speed Mode – Collect speed measurements and all pertinent data for oncoming or departing vehicles within dense traffic.
- Auto Mode – Automatically captures images within a fixed distance, such as school and construction zones.
- Rear Plate Mode – Measure the speed and maintain a chain of evidence until the rear license plate is captured.
Tailgating Mode (optional) – An option for LTI’s TruCAM II and TruVISION products for tailgating in addition to speed enforcement. Measure the speed, traveling time and distance between two vehicles.
Night Mode (optional) – Used with the IR Illuminator. The IR Illuminator emits a continuous invisible infrared light source and is mounted on the left side of the laser device for nighttime or low light conditions. The infrared illuminator can illuminate the vehicle license plate (reflective) up to 120 feet for the TruVISION to capture video of speeding vehicles at night. Must be purchased with the TruVISION Night Mode feature.
