CENTENNIAL, Colo., May 20, 2004 – Laser Technology, Inc. (LTI), the leading manufacturer of pulse-laser measuring instruments and systems received the 2004 Colorado Governor’s award for excellence in exporting in the category of small-sized manufacturing company.
Arnie Clarke, Laser Technology’s International Sales Director accepted the award at the World Trade Day dinner on May 18, 2004, at the Adam’s Mark Hotel in downtown Denver, Colorado USA.

The Governor’s Award for Excellence in Exporting has been awarded annually since 1970 and recognizes Colorado companies that display a commitment to international trade. In 1989, Laser Technology, Inc. entered the international arena by recording several sales to governmental organizations in Canada. Currently, the Company has distribution through 120 dealers located in more than 50 countries worldwide. Since 1991, sales to the export markets have averaged 42% annually.
Laser Technology, Inc. manufactures and markets laser-based speed and distance measuring instruments, which utilize proprietary technology developed by the Company.
