Late last year, Google released Android OS 15 to most devices globally with minimal advance notice to developers—introducing a significant architectural change that has impacted app functionality. Specifically, Android 15 now displays all apps in full screen, overlaying them behind the system navigation buttons at the bottom and the status bar at the top. This change prevents users from interacting with app elements located in those areas, such as buttons, menus, and links.
As a result, we strongly recommend users keep their devices on Android OS 14 for the time being. This will maintain full functionality for any app not listed as compatible in this article.
After reviewing our app usage activity along with the recent operating system (OS) changes, we have chosen to discontinue automatic updates of our Android and iOS applications to new OS levels. Realigning our resources to focus on what our customers are using demonstrates our commitment to ensuring the best possible experience for our users.
We will continue to evaluate user demand and market relevance for our applications. If there is sufficient interest or business need, we will consider migrating our applications to newer operating systems.
We understand this may be an inconvenience, and we’re here to help make the transition as smooth as possible. If you need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Thank you for your continued partnership and support.
