Warranty Registration form

When submitting your warranty information to LTI for registration, make sure to fill out the name, email and/or phone number and serial number fields. If you're applying for a Software License Key specify the program name and the serial number of your data collector and we will respond with the key. Please provide who you purchased from, your application and any feedback you may have in the text box.
